Synopsis



This series traces the tumultuous relationships between two families who nevertheless have a different way of life. Mr. and Mrs. Balasso have three daughters and lead a modern and refined lifestyle. While their neighbours are quite the opposite: the father, Mr. Akimolo is an alcoholic and the mother is hardly better off. They have two children; a girl and a boy. Mrs. Balasso wants nothing to do with them and goes so far as to forbid her daughters to associate with them. But to his great misfortune, one of his daughters fell in love with the young Akimolo. She categorically rejects this relationship and will do everything to put an end to it; not hesitating to have him put in prison....
