Le Clone - The Clone

Synopsis

Of Moroccan and Muslim origin, Jade was born and raised in Brazil. She is a beautiful young girl who enjoys life to the full. When her mother Salua died prematurely, Jade was forced to return to Morocco where she had to deal with the clash between Western and Eastern cultures. But little by little, Jade gets used to her new life. A few years after her arrival, she met Lucas, a Brazilian who had visited Morocco. At first glance, it was love at first sight between the two young people who were ready to overcome the religious and cultural obstacles that prevented this union. While Jade and Lucas are secretly living an exciting love story, Diogo, Lucas' twin brother, is the victim of a helicopter accident that costs him his life, leaving the family in deep distress. Dr. Albieri, deeply distressed by the death of his godchild, decided to carry out a project that was close to his heart: that of creating the first human clone. From Lucas' stem cells, the geneticist created the first human clone called Leandro. Twenty years later, Jade, Lucas and her clone live an atypical love triangle...
