Synopsis



Awarded by the Grand Jury in MIPDrama Screenings 2017, “Jailers” immerses in the Brazilian penitentiary system from the point of view of guard Adriano (Rodrigo Lombardi, «Hidden Truths»), an honest man against any type of violence who uses words as his great weapon while attempting to keep the workplace peaceful. If all the conflicts within the prison were not enough, Adriano still has to deal with the impact that the dramas of his profession end up causing within his relationships with his own family.
