Synopsis



Inspector Win Garano has been working for several years with the Massachusetts Attorney General. One day, he was approached by Monique Lamont. This attractive and fearsome woman told her that she intended to run for governor. Its political programme is simple: it wishes to promote a new tool in the fight against crime, called "Zero Tolerance". This state-of-the-art equipment would, she said, be able to solve any crime. It is in fact a state-of-the-art DNA analysis machine. Very confident, Lamont decided to reopen a closed investigation into a murder committed twenty years earlier...
