Two friends return home from abroad to join the Bureau of Detectives under an ambitious government scheme to develop future leaders of the much-maligned Police Force. Dipo & Pade are assigned to the Lagos State Police Command with the daunting mission to hunt and apprehend a notorious robber called Caesar who continues to wage a harsh campaign ofruthless attacks across the State. Cynically chronicling the investigation’s lack of progress through constant and derogatory news stories and editorials is the acclaimed but prejudiced online newspaper entrepreneur, Alero Benson, whose campaign of calumny adds further pressure to the new detectives. Andjust when the Police believe they've finally boxed Caesar into a corner, he responds with a joker that not only turns the game on its head, but threatens to alter the lives of its key players forever.
