Liliane is a young woman who has been imposed on her husband by his parents. After a while, her husband, tired of her, wants her out of his life and their home. Despite his toughness towards her face, Liliane manages to stay in their home and remain a good wife and in order to save her marriage. Liliane knows that it cannot be easy for her to keep her relationship as stable as it should be, so that she resorts to various means to reach her goal. DIARY OF HOOD portrays African wedding realities and raises our consciousness about bad practices from some traditional customs. This series invites African viewers to imagine how love can be painful when you do not have the right to choose and marry the person you are in love with. It’s also an opportunity to see the evil side of love, without ever thought about it.
